This class is designed for the beginner gymnast. Our focus in this program is to teach the foundational skills required for gymnastics. These skills are not only at the core of gymnastics, but are also beneficial for any other sport your child may choose to pursue in the future. Students in this class are working towards accomplishing the following skills:
-Vault: running drills, proper board hitting drills, handstand flat-backs, and core strength drills.
-Balance Beam: confidence on both low and high beams, walking in various directions, working on balancing & scales.
-Floor: body positions, forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels and back-bend kick-overs.
-Bars: forward roll dismounts, front support, climb through the window and strength skills.
The monthly charge of $72.50 covers 4 classes per month.

This class is designed for the intermediate/advanced gymnast. This class will help gymnasts obtain higher level skills such as front and back handsprings on trampoline and floor, front and back tucks on trampoline and floor, back hip circles and squat-ons on the bars, front handsprings on vault, and handstands, cartwheels, and back kick-overs on beam. This is a great option for kids who want to continue to progress but do not have the desire to be on the competitive team. Reaching this level is a great accomplishment and children will continue to learn proper body technique as well as building both strength and confidence in their abilities. Requirements to be in this class are: back-bend kick-overs, 1 handed cartwheel, handstand, and pullover on bars. Participating in 2 classes per week at this level is recommended and the monthly charge of $130.50 covers 8 classes per month.
This class is designed for gymnasts who can do back handsprings and would simply love to keep learning high level gymnastics without the need to compete. Students will have the opportunity to perfect and maintain their beginner to intermediate level skills while progressing advanced gymnastics skills on all four events. This class will help gymnasts prepare for new and exciting challenges. 55 minutes of instruction, and required to come twice a week. Two classes per week: $130.50 monthly.
Our homeschool gymnastics program is especially for homeschooling families and scheduled during the day to fit into your daytime agenda. The class is taught by Coach Kara who was homeschooled from K-12th grade. This class is 55 minutes in length and is designed to teach foundational gymnastic skills which will improve coordination, strength, and flexibility; all of which is essential to any sport that your child may be interested in pursuing. One class per week: $72.10 monthly.
The boy's program is centered towards boy's gymnastic events and apparatus. Basic gymnastics progressions with a on increasing strength, coordination, flexibility, and discipline. Upper body and core strength are worked on weekly using the bars, trampoline, and other training tools. Boys gymnastics is ideal to supplement other sports, keying in on body control, awareness, and injury prevention. Class length: 55 minutes. One class per week: $72.50 monthly.
This program has been specially designed to help children ages 5 years old and up become ninjas! In this program, they will complete ninja obstacle courses, just like the ones you see on American ninja warrior. We have the warped wall, monkey bars, quintuple steps, hanging balls, cargo net, trapeze and much more! We are also introducing ninja vaults, where children can learn how to jump over and around obstacles in many different ways and styles, just like real ninjas! We will also teach our students the basic gymnastics skills; such as: safety rolls, forwards and backward rolls, handstands and cartwheels. This will help them when performing ninja skills! There will also be a strength program in place to ensure all children are fit and strong enough to complete our ninja courses! One class per week: $72.50 monthly.
This class is specifically structured for all levels, who only want to learn tumbling aspect of gymnastics. Students will learn proper stretching techniques with an emphasis on shoulder flexibility, necessary strength training exercises and core tumbling skills including a bridge, handstand, cartwheel, round-offs, front limbers, back walkovers, back handsprings and rolls. Skills learned in this class will provide a strong base for continued progression. Class length: 55 minutes. One class per week: $72.50 monthly.
This class is for all levels who want to work solely on the 30 foot tumble track. Tumblers will safely learn skills and correct technique. Tumblers will work on jumps and tumbling skills. Great for kids and cheer whose focus is round offs, back handspring, back tucks, and running tumbling combinations. Uses effective drills & training tools. Class length: 55 minutes. One class per week: $72.50 monthly.
